Terms and Conditions
This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Bec Craig], ("Coach") and you ("Client") for social media coaching services (the "Services"). By proceeding with your purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Services
Coach agrees to provide social media coaching services to Client as described on the Services page. The Services will be provided via video conferencing, phone, or email & digital course delivery through the online platform kajabi. The client agrees to create an account and access content via the kajabi platform.

2. Fees and Payment
The Client agrees to pay the Coach the fees as specified on the cart page. Payment will be made through the payment gateway specified on the checkout page. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Payment plans are due on dates agreed on the payment plan and all payments are agreed to be fulfilled. All payment is final and no refunds.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All payment is final and no refunds will be given for change of mind. The Client may cancel the coaching engagement at any time by providing written notice to the Coach, however no refunds will be given.

4. Confidentiality
The Coach agrees to keep all information shared by the Client during coaching sessions confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Coach will not be liable to the Client for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits or revenue, arising from the coaching engagement or the Services provided under this Agreement.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
